Digital Software Refund Policy

AudioTend is a digital software product delivered electronically.

Because access to the software is provided immediately after purchase, purchases are final once the download has been supplied, except where a refund is required by applicable consumer law. 

 

If you experience a significant technical problem with AudioTend, please contact us. We will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue. Where the software is defective, not as described, or a refund is otherwise required by law, your statutory rights are not affected.

Final after digital delivery, subject to statutory rights, defects and genuine billing mistakes.
